The breakfast was a letdown-really limited and repetitive options. I wished for fresh fruit, but when I arrived, many trays were empty and not refilled. For the price, sure it's convenient, but the food quality just didn't cut it.

make sure you stay in the double room with great views, good facilities, for example. an electric kettle and fridges are a nice touch.

Parking is a hassle, as there's no covered walkway from the lot to the hotel. The room size was small even for a mid-range type, and the mattress setup was peculiar with a low profile and bedding arrangement that felt odd, including a duvet that had a blood stain, quite off-putting. The breakfast options were limited, and the same menu repeated on the second day added to the disappointment.

Review of Super Hotel Beppu Ekimae

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Beppu Station, making it convenient for travel. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my request for a high-floor room with a sea view was honored, which really made my stay special. The hotel is modern and comfortable, equipped with excellent facilities, including a lovely onsen area. The beds were cozy, and I especially appreciated the pillow menu allowing me to choose the perfect pillow for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was a good spread, with various traditional Japanese dishes alongside some Western options.

Only complaint was the pillow.
